YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NOT CHARGED UNTIL YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED - EXCEPT ON CUSTOM ORDERS

• Orders for off the shelf wine coolers - When your order is shipped you will be notified and the credit card transaction will be processed.  If, for any reason, we cannot confirm shipping (eg. item out of stock), we will notify you immediately.  You will be given the opportunity to cancel the transaction.


• Custom orders(includes the Vinotemp Economy, Reserve, and Sonoma series wine cellars and the Cavavin Majestika wine cellars) - the ship date is 4 - 6 weeks after ordering.  Your credit card will be charged immediately.

PayPal

PayPal processes your payment immediately and transfers the monies from your account to ours.

Google Checkout

Google Checkout allows us to wait up to 7 days from the order date to charge your account. For most orders this time period is sufficient for us to ship your order.

Purchaser Stops Payment

If Purchaser stops payment on a credit card for any reason, Purchaser agrees to pay for all costs associated with the Seller's connection or litigation of such a claim, including without limitation extra damages, court costs and attorneys' fees. Finance charges begin the date of invoice. Collection fees plus NSF fee of $50 will be added to your invoice, which you agree to promptly pay. Title to the goods does not pass until payment is received in full by Seller and Seller retains a security interest in the goods until they are paid for in full.
