Shipping

Orders received by noon (US Pacific Time) are usually shipped within 3 days.   Units with wooden components will usually take longer and, in some cases, much longer as some units are built to order. The shipping method varies by the size of the unit and the destination.  Most items are shipped by ground freight.  Some are shipped UPS.  Most of our items include free shipping.  The UPS items will have their cost entered during the Check-Out process. 

Delivery

Basic

Basic delivery means that the item will be to the first outside dry area. The Basic Delivery is only available for Cavavin products.

Threshold

Threshold delivery is our standard and means to the 1st available room in your building and a 4-hour delivery window.

White Glove

White Glove Delivery means:

• setting a 4-hour delivery window with you
• place in the room of your choice (no more than 2 flights of stairs
• unpack your new wine cooler (light assembly only up to 15 minutes
• inspect for damage with you.  If there is evidence of damage do not accept delivery
• remove packing debris (if you desire). We recommend keeping all packing materials until it is clear that the unit is operating normally.

Transit Time

Transit time is 7 - 14 days depending upon the distance from our warehouse.  Destinations relatively close to our warehouses, Rancho Dominguez, CA (Los Angeles metro) and Richfield, OH (between Akron and Cleveland) regularly experience shorter transit times.  Cavavin transit times can be up to 2 weeks.
