The VinoCellier is a heavily insulated aging cabinet designed to store wines in most garages or basements. The cabinet comes standard with an adjustable temperature control, a hygrometer to measure humidity, and two adjustable wood shelves. The VinoCellier’s adjustable temperature control and hygrometer enables you to create an optimum environment so your wine will age properly and the corks will seal perfectly.

Dimensions: 71.25"H x 26.8"W x 26.8"D

This version of the VinoCellier Series is the smallest one, getting it's reduced capacity; a maximum of 150 bottles, from its lower height at 43". The additional shelves for this model are the same as the other CAVE models.

Use the following shelf configuration information to help you choose the number of shelves for your VinoCellier:

• Presentation - a combination of one row (stacked up to 4 layers for a total of 26 bottles per shelf) at the back of the shelve and 6 bottles standing upright at the front.

• Storage - two rows front and back with their necks overlapping and up to 6 layers per shelf; up to 78 bottles total per shelf.

• Sliding - two rows front and back with their necks overlapping for a total of 13 bottles per shelf (no stacking allowed - for safety. With the maximum of 8 shelves the total capacity is 104 bottles.
