Wine Preservation & Dispensing
The Napa is a popular wine dispensing and preservation choice for 4 to 8 bottles of wine in both home and commercial applications. The Napa is constructed of handcrafted, custom cabinetry (the cabinet is metal, the door wood) and uses a proven nitrogen gas preservation technology. The basic unit holds and serves 4 white wines with 4 more behind them in reserve. Other configurations hold 6 or 8 bottles and combinations of red and white wine.

The Napa models feature a two-stage regulator, lights, thermometer, insulated glass doors and 8' of nitrogen tubing with quick-connect. Refrigeration: cold plate with manual defrost. The temperature range for white wine is 42�F to 48�F. The required minimum vented air space is 2" each side, 3" behind and 12" above. Four bottle dimensions: 24.75"H x 18.63"W x 18.50"D

The basic Napa holds a total of 4 bottles. You can configure the Napa to cool and serve 4 red wines, 4 white, 2 reds & 2 whites, 3 reds & 3 whites or 4 reds & 4 whites. (See Wine Bottle & Wood Configuration below for the bottle and wood combinations.) You can select the faucet bonnet color & cabinet color. (Black paint on the metal cabinet is standard).

The base price of $1,525 is for the Napa-4-ORN, the model shown in the image above.

A dual range thermostat that allows reds or whites to be stored in the same side and two Nitrogen cylinder sizes can be added to your Napa unit.
