The Napa is a popular wine preservation and dispensing system for 4 bottles of wine in home and commercial applications. The Napa is constructed of handcrafted, custom cabinetry and uses a proven nitrogen gas preservation technology. The Napa can be customized to dispense up to 4 bottles; all red wine, all white wine or 2 white & 2 red with an additional 4 bottles stored behind the dispensing bottles in reserve. The Napa features a two-stage regulator, lights, thermometer, insulated glass doors and 8' of nitrogen tubing with quick-connect. Refrigeration: coldplate with manual defrost. The temperature range for white wine is 42 to 48 F, for red wine 58 to 64 F (2x2 bottle). The required minimum vented air space is 2" each side, 3" behind and 12" above
The Napa is offered in either Oak (Napa 2X2-ORN or Napa 4-ORN) or Mahogany (Napa 2X2-MRN or Napa 4-MRN) cabinet exteriors. You can customize the number and combination of white and red wine bottles, choosing between 2 reds and 2 whites or 4 or each. Other configurations are available - Call. Optionally, you can select either black, brass or chrome faucet bonnets. The Nitrogen Cylinder is sold seperately. You will need to choose what size will work best for you.
